We love all of our clients at Five10 Brow & Beauty, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. If you can not make your appointment please let us know so that we are able to offer appointments to those who are waitlisted. We require a 24 hour cancellation notification. Cancellation via text, phone, or email 24 hours prior to service or cancellation fee will be applied. 100% of the missed or late cancelled appointment must be paid in full to reschedule.

Please do not arrive to your appointment if you have experienced any COVID-19 symptoms or may have been exposed to COVID-19. If you are needing to reschedule due to COVID-19, your appointment fee will be waived.
